Inquiries received during the above holidays will be handled sequentially from Monday, August 19, 2024 onwards. Regarding product shipment, please see below:

Items that are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days
Orders placed by 17:00 on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 will be shipped on Friday, August 9.
Orders placed after 9:00am on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 will be shipped sequentially from Monday, August 19, 2024 onwards.

Delivery may take some time due to traffic congestion, etc. We would appreciate it if you could order with plenty of time in advance.
