Please contact the Kansai Paint Burano Customer Service Center within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

If an exchange is not possible, we will refund the amount you paid after you return the product (shipping costs covered by us).

After payment is confirmed, the product will be delivered within 5 business days. Made-to-order products will be shipped in up to 2 months .
