<If the product you received is different from the one you purchased, or if the product you received is defective>
Please contact the Kansai Paint Burano Customer Service Center within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
If an exchange is not possible, we will refund the amount you paid after you return the product (shipping costs covered by us).
<Cancellation, return, and exchange due to customer convenience>
After receiving an order, we will begin securing and shipping the product, so as a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience. Please note in advance.
*If you wish to return or exchange an item for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return and the replacement item.
