Unless otherwise specified, in the case of prepayment (e.g. bank transfer) ⇒ We will ship within 5 business days after confirming your payment.

As a general rule, the products you order will be delivered in one package, but please note that there may be cases where the products you order are delivered in multiple packages.

We do not ship outside of Japan.

If the product is returned for personal reasons, we will send you a confirmation email and take one of the following actions.

■Check the confirmation email①If you wish to have the item redelivered, we will charge a redelivery fee of 1,000 yen and will redeliver the item. If you wish to redelivery the item, please pay the redelivery fee using the payment method we will inform you of after we have confirmed the return.
②If you wish to cancel, we will cancel your order and refund the product price minus the round-trip shipping fee and handling fee (2,000 yen).
* Once the returned product arrives at our company and we have completed our inspection, we will inform you of the above procedure.
*The address can be changed at the time of redelivery, but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
*Please note that depending on the number of days it takes to return the item, we may not be able to re-ship or provide a refund depending on the condition of the item and stock availability.

■If you do not reply to the confirmation email, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will treat it as a cancellation and respond as described above in ②.
