In particular, with materials that are absorbent, the color may not be as shown in the color sample, so be sure to test paint and check the finish before using it.
For information on paint, painting methods, and other precautions, we have attached a product manual to the product page. Please use this manual when painting. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any troubles or poor painting caused by using the product in a way that is not as intended.
Regarding delivery times, please allow ample time for orders involving construction work, etc. Please note that in the unlikely event of a delay in shipment, we cannot be held responsible for delays in construction, etc.
We cannot provide returns or exchanges or compensation for the following items:

- Return or exchange due to incorrect product after opening or using the product

- Painting problems that occur due to not checking the instructions and precautions
- Payment of construction costs, labor costs, etc., due to delays in delivery caused by delays in delivery, incorrect shipment of products, incorrect products, exchange of damaged products, etc.

Important points to note when purchasing
- Please note that using the product in a manner other than that described in the product instructions may result in poor paint quality and finish.
- Products are shipped within 3 to 7 business days, and delivery times cannot be adjusted, so please make your purchase with plenty of time to spare.
- The color samples on the product page are for reference only. Please note that the actual product may differ depending on your monitor settings.
- As a general rule, we refrain from submitting shipping certificates.
Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We only accept returns if the product is defective or faulty. We are not responsible for any defective product exchanges made more than 30 days after the product arrives.
Only the following items can be returned or exchanged:
- If the product is damaged within 30 days of arrival when it is unused and unopened
- If the product has defects such as discoloration or gelling when opened within 30 days of arrival
* When returning or exchanging a product, it is mandatory to attach a photo of the actual item in order to determine whether it is defective or not.
